This Terms of Service page describes, in plain language, how the Lidet Digital Portal currently works. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be treated as finalized legal advice or a binding legal document until it has.
Terms of Service
1. Using the Portal
The Lidet Digital Portal provides marketing education content, tools, and test preparation material. By creating an account, you agree to use it honestly — for your own learning and work, not to share your login with others, and not to attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Beginner-level content is free to every registered account. Intermediate and Advanced content require a one-time paid access request, reviewed manually by an admin — there is no automated payment processor today, so approval can take some time.
3. Content
Course content, case studies, and test prep material are provided for educational purposes. Test Prep practice questions are original material modeled on real exam formats — they are not official past papers and are not affiliated with any testing body.
4. Changes
We may update these terms, pricing, or the content available on the Portal from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
